Description

A compact size and cottage style, Shire Kitty Playhouse should be entertaining for your children to play and create amusement.

It has a door and large opening windows to make it’s interior airy and bright while it’s veranda also provides shelter in winter and shade in summer. To protect children from its glass, safety hinges are also provided such as the usage of shatter resistant styrene instead of glass which also derives adults’ attention to buy it.

The Shire Kitty Playhouse is composed of high-quality shiplap pine for tongue and groove construction to make it water proof and also floor and the roof are constructed from Oriented Strand Board (OSB) sheets to protect them from weathering and make their capacity longer.

This Shire Club playhouse is provided with a standard base coat with the golden brown industrial product. This Playhouse gives you a blank canvas to paint according to your children’s favorite colours. For more safety of the playhouse, we give Protek Royal Exterior Wood Finishing advantages with a variety of colours. The Shire Kitty Playhouse is delivered with all fittings and prescribed instructions to follow.

Top Coat Treatment: This playhouse is delivered with a dip-treated base coat.  With the Top Coat handling, you will require to use water-based treatment annually for the protection of your playhouse or according to the prescribed instructions.

Please Note:- For assembly on the customer’s prepared base,  If you assure that you have a stable base ready to place your playhouse without any disturbance by removing the old one and fixing the new one, be considered in mind that the assembly option will increase conveyance time.

Installation option

If you are choosing the installation option after placing your order you’ll be contacted within 5 working days by Shire the manufacturer either by a text message or automated telephone message (the latter if a mobile number is not supplied). This message will supply you with the name of the website to go on to where you will be required to accept the terms and conditions for assembly. Any delay in accepting these terms and conditions may affect your timescale. Once you have accepted these terms and conditions you will be contacted during the timescale with a date for the delivery/assembly of your order. The installation option will extend your lead time by up to 15-25 working days. This may take longer during seasonal periods. Please be aware that the installation team will require full access to your garden, 18" clearance all around the building and a firm and level base. Shire's installation team will not bring a building through your home as they are not covered by insurance to enter a customer’s home.
