  • I didn’t receive a confirmation email after ordering

Please check your junk folder as it might be there waiting for you.

You should receive a confirmation email within 2 hours of placing your order. If you still have not had an email confirmation and not sure if your order has gone through then please kindly email us.

 

  • I have received my order and it is not what I wanted. Can I cancel and return it?

 If for some reason you are not happy with the product and wish to return it, please email us within 14 days to cancel your order. There are some products where we reserve the right to charge for collection of the item.

Please note: Items must be returned in the same condition that they arrived in to be eligible for a full refund.

 

  • What happens once I placed my order?

Your order will be processed usually the same day or the next working day if placed in the evening, during the weekend or a Bank Holiday.

Peradventure you decide to change your order, please contact our Customer Care Team who will be happy to help. You can change your order before it has been dispatched.

 

  • Is delivery free?

Our delivery is free to mainland UK.  Delivery charges are incurred for delivery outside these areas.

 

  • If I order more than one item, will they be delivered at the same time?

As we use different manufacturers who have many warehouses, when ordering more than one item this may mean that the items are delivered at different times. Generally, if you order from the same branded name, these will arrive at the same time. You will be supplied with the information on how the product you have ordered will be delivered.
