Shipping Charges: For all orders shipped within the UK, we charge a flat shipping fee of £5 for orders above £50. This fee is subject to change without prior notice, so please refer to the checkout page for the most up-to-date information regarding shipping charges.

Handling Time: We aim to process and pack your orders as quickly as possible. Our standard handling time is 1-2 business days from the time the order is placed. Please note that this does not include weekends or public holidays.

Transit Time: Once your order has been processed and shipped, the estimated transit time is 2-6 business days within the United Kingdom (UK). Please keep in mind that transit times may vary depending on the destination and any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Order Cut-Off: To ensure timely processing and shipment of your order, please place your order before the designated cut-off time. Our order cut-off time is based on the UK time zone (GMT or BST, depending on the season) and is set at 5 pm. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Partners:

Then the orders are handed over to our shipping partners: USPS, UPS, DHL, and FedEx.

Order Tracking:

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your product ships. You may trace the status of your shipment here by using the tracking number that was supplied.

Cancellations 

What if I change my mind?

If you feel that the item you ordered isn't right for you, you can cancel your order as long as it hasn't been dispatched.  

Damages:

We ask that you thoroughly inspect all items at the point of delivery. We advise you not to accept delivery of any damaged items. If you discover that an item has been damaged, please send clear photos of the damaged items to (mal) so that we can open an insurance claim on your behalf.

Incorrect items 

Please email us a picture of the incorrect item received, and we will arrange for the item to be returned and you will be sent the correct item. In the event that you return an item yourself, we will not be able to refund you for the shipping costs. 

Change of Address

We cannot modify the delivery address once it is in route. If you need to update the delivery address for your order, please email us at (mal ). within 24 hours of placing the order.
