Description

The marvelous two-storey Shire Loft Playhouse provides safety hinges, shield, and shelter per weather requirements and plenty of natural light due to its airy interior which gives enjoyment to the kids.

It has a traditional door with a diamond porthole window, four windows with two window boxes as standard and classic trimmings which increase its grace. To protect children from its glass, safety hinges are also provided such as the usage of shatter-resistant styrene instead of glass for a strong structure.

The Shire Loft playhouse is composed of high-quality shiplap pine for tongue and groove construction to make it water resistant, soundproof, and durable and also the floor and the roof are constructed from tongue and groove construction to protect them from weathering and making it’s capacity longer. Its slow-grown timber makes it more eminent than the products produced by tighter grain material.

This Shire playhouse is provided with a standard base coat with the golden brown industrial product. This Playhouse gives you a blank canvas to paint according to your children’s favorite colours. For more safety of the playhouse, we give Protek Royal Exterior Wood Finishing advantages with a variety of colour side by side it also offers additional water based top coat to save timber from bad weather and keep it for long term use.

This Shire Loft Playhouse is provided flat packed for smooth handling with all fittings and prescribed instructions to follow.

Installation option

If you are choosing the installation option after placing your order you’ll be contacted within 5 working days by Shire the manufacturer either by a text message or automated telephone message (the latter if a mobile number is not supplied). This message will supply you with the name of the website to go on to where you will be required to accept the terms and conditions for assembly. Any delay in accepting these terms and conditions may affect your timescale. Once you have accepted these terms and conditions you will be contacted during the timescale with a date for the delivery/assembly of your order. The installation option will extend your lead time by up to 15-25 working days. This may take longer during seasonal periods. Please be aware that the installation team will require full access to your garden, 18" clearance all around the building and a firm and level base. Shire's installation team will not bring a building through your home as they are not covered by insurance to enter a customer’s home.
