The Shire Lodge playhouse is manufactured through high-quality shiplap pine for tongue and groove construction to make it water resistant, soundproof, and durable while protecting it from weathering and making it’s capacity longer. Its slow-grown timber makes it more eminent than the products produced by tighter grain material.

The Lodge keeps stunning looks which heighten its fascination. To protect children from glass, safety hinges are also provided such as the usage of shatter-resistant styrene instead of glass for a stable structure which also derives adults’ attraction to buy it.

This Shire Lodge playhouse is provided with a standard base coat with the golden brown industrial product. This Playhouse gives you a blank canvas to paint according to your children’s favorite colours. For more safety of the playhouse, we give Protek Royal Exterior Wood Finishing advantages with a variety of colours side by side it also offers an additional water-based top coat to save timber from bad weather and keep it for long-term use. This Shire Lodge Playhouse is provided flat packed for smooth handling of all fittings and prescribed instructions to follow.

This Shire Lodge playhouse has a large structure that needs excessive space to be fitted. Delivery will be kerbside until you choose its assembly.

Installation option

If you are choosing the installation option after placing your order you’ll be contacted within 5 working days by Shire the manufacturer either by a text message or automated telephone message (the latter if a mobile number is not supplied). This message will supply you with the name of the website to go on to where you will be required to accept the terms and conditions for assembly. Any delay in accepting these terms and conditions may affect your timescale. Once you have accepted these terms and conditions you will be contacted during the timescale with a date for the delivery/assembly of your order. The installation option will extend your lead time by up to 15-25 working days. This may take longer during seasonal periods. Please be aware that the installation team will require full access to your garden, 18" clearance all around the building and a firm and level base. Shire's installation team will not bring a building through your home as they are not covered by insurance to enter a customer’s home.
